Position Requirements

Project Manager
• A project management qualification and/or civil engineering or other relevant tertiary qualification;
• Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role in preferably with Australian company;
• Strong demolition experience and preferably in both refurbishment partial and total structural demolition;
• Strong contracts administration experience;
• Strong communication, leadership and management skills;
• Strong understanding of health and safety and environmental procedures;
• Ability to create and maintain client relationships
Site Supervisor
• Holds current demolition supervisors qualifications in DE1, DE2 licensed work with certificate IV in Demolition (CPC41013 11 Subjects)
• 7 yrs experience essential in DE1 and DE2
• Create and maintain onsite client relationships
• Ability to direct/supervise subcontractors
• Plant and labour
• Understanding plans and demolition methodology
• Stripout, structural and total demolition
Excavator Operator
• Excavator Ticket & MR/HR Truck licence preferred
• 5yrs experience essential
• Demolition experience essential
• Ability to use multiple size machines with required demolition attachments
• Civil/earthmoving/road building & drainage experience
• Mature & can-do attitude
• Demolition, bobcat/excavator operation experience highly regarded
• Drivers licence (MR/HR class preferred)
• OHS Induction card essential
• Demolition, Civil, Earthmoving, projects
Project Engineer
• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Excellent subcontractor coordination skills
• Brilliant organisational and negotiation skills
• Ability to programme, schedule and manage budgets
• Understanding of Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems
• Demolition and Civil construction experience
• IT Skills Word/Excel/Project
Site Engineer
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience
• Strong organisation and administration skills
• Experienced in working both on site and office
• Strong communication skills
• IT skills: Microsoft Word/Excel/Project
• At least 5 years’ experience in hard tender estimating demolition projects – primarily in stripout, structural and total demolition projects across residential, commercial and industrial sectors
• Able to put together preliminary budget and expressions of interest
• Ability to work on multiple tenders individually and as a team
• Good communication skills
• Full working knowledge of estimating software systems
• Dealing with clients face to face
Quantity Surveyor
• Able to work independently to complete the measurement work including reviewing and checking
• Participate and support in cost plan estimate, preparation of BOQ, tender and contract documents
• Diploma or above, major in project costing, construction management or other related disciplines
• Must be able to put together subcontract packages, source prices and evaluate subcontractors
• Good communication skills
